• Private schools make goal setting and educational responsibility fundamental keys to the student’s and school’s success. They fully integrate these principles into their student’s daily educational experience.
• Many public schools include goal setting as a small part of a much bigger program. Unfortunately, they are under enormous pressure to complete the larger programs in a specific time.
• Public school parents want these tools and they can’t wait for their schools to make goal setting and educational ownership a priority.

In a 2003 study of 1,050 adults in ranging from 28 – 60 years of age - only thirty six people (3.6%) learned how to set and achieve goal setting when they were in school.
